Tour Group Organizers can mix activities or customize the route to match their interests and schedule.

Itineraries can be customized for yoga retreats or photography tours.

Up to 26 guests in air-conditioned double-occupancy cabins, plus 2 group instructors shared cabin if needed.

Yes.

All guests are accommodated in private or semi-private cabins (2-single beds).

Each cabin has a door, storage space for personal belongings, and individual lighting.

All cabins offer private ensuite bathrooms complete with a toilet, sink, mirror, and hot-water shower. 

A Pegasus Charter includes a fully furnished yacht with galley, utensils, blankets, linens, and towels for the specified period.

Transfers to and from the vessel.

Full board (3 meals/day + snacks, water, coffee, tea).

Crew & local guide support.

Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, juices, water, standard teas and coffees.

Meals are freshly prepared by our onboard chef and typically include Egyptian and Mediterranean-style dishes.

We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or allergy-friendly preferences with advance notice.

All meals, snacks, coffee, tea, and drinking water are provided. 

Yes, you may bring your own alcoholic beverages.

Some trips may also offer drinks for purchase, depending on the group's charter type and itinerary. 

The supply and serving of alcoholic beverages are the responsibility of the Charterer.

Yes. Limited Wi-Fi is available when the yacht is close to shore, but signal strength may vary.

For the most reliable connection, guests often purchase a local SIM card with data before departure.

Yes. The yacht provides 220V standard European outlets.

If you use a different plug type, please bring an adapter.

USB Outlets are available for charging cameras, phones, and personal devices.

Your safety is our priority. The yacht is equipped with life jackets, life rafts, fire extinguishers, first-aid supplies, navigation systems, and emergency communication equipment.

A safety briefing is provided at the start of every trip.

Please plan your flights accordingly so that you may board as close to this time as possible. We recommend arriving the day before to avoid any same day travel stresses.

A deposit confirms your dates.

The remaining balance is due before departure.

Once the deposit is received, your group’s booking is secured.

Payment Conditions

We require a 25% deposit payment upon booking. Reservation is confirmed only after down payment transfer is confirmed.

The remaining amount has to be transferred at least 3 weeks before the beginning of the trip.

These are standard, non negotiable procedures.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the following fees are deducted:

between 90 and 65 days before arrival date: 10% of the safari price

between 64 and 40 days before arrival date: 25% of the safari price

between 39 and 22 days before arrival date: 60% of the safari price

After 21 days before arrival date: 100% of the safari price.

Any optional expenses (gear rental, specialty drinks, souvenirs, etc.) can usually be paid in cash (EGP, EUR, or USD).

Card payments may not always be available due to limited signal at sea.

It is required that all divers purchase diving accident insurance.

Travel protection insurance is also recommended to help protect you and your trip investment.

Travelex: Travel protection for a single trip. You may choose the TRAVEL SELECT policy and select the optional ADVENTURE SPORTS COVERAGE upgrade which waives the policy exclusions for extreme sports such as scuba diving.

Purchase of Travelex insurance must be more than 21 days from date of travel.

The prime kitesurfing season runs April through October, when the wind is strongest and most consistent.

These months offer warm water, steady daily wind, and ideal lagoon conditions across the Red Sea.

Scuba diving is excellent year-round, but the best conditions are from March to November when the water is warm and visibility is at its clearest.

Summer months offer the calmest seas, while spring and autumn are ideal for comfortable temperatures both above and below the water.

We recommend:
•    Swimsuits and light clothing
•    A warm layer for evenings
•    Reef-safe sunscreen
•    Sunglasses and a hat
•    Personal toiletries
•    Any specialty gear you prefer to use

Soft bags are easier to store than hard suitcases.

The yacht is stable, but if you are sensitive to motion, we recommend bringing seasickness tablets or patches.

Staying hydrated, eating and resting on deck can also help.
